Holly Hills was started as a Upland Game Preserve in 2002. We have since started a Deer Hunting Preserve to go along with the Upland Game. We are located in northern Ross County 18 miles west of Chillicothe, OH. We have 220 acres in the hills of southern Ohio on which we offer Open and Fenced Deer Hunting, and Upland Bird hunting. We have rolling hills with wooded areas, thickets, and many planned and strategically placed food plots of several different types. We have a clubhouse with a fully stocked kitchen. You are welcome to come in and warm up with hot coffee and enjoy our home style atmosphere.

All Upland Game hunting is by reservation and can accommodate single person hunts up to large groups. We hold Pheasants Forever Youth Hunts and Pheasants Forever Gun Dog Challenge here each year. Hunting is done in single hunts or memberships. We have a group of very talented hunting dogs and guides available for those who do not have there own dogs.

All Fenced Hunts are guided by our expert staff with overnight accommodations available on sight according to your hunt package. You will be hunting from our 8' x 8' elevated stands placed to give you the ultimate chance at the big buck of your dreams.

Open Range Hunts are semi guided hunts available during Ohio Hunting Season and all state laws are required to be followed.
